I haven’t written for a while and this is because I have had a lot going on – I have been focused on work and super tired the rest of the time. This has made me realise that I need to change the pace a little bit and focus more on me rather than everyone else.
I have been thinking about blogging not only about how I feel but the things that make up my life. The things I love and the adventures I am going on. All with the mindset of how to carry on living whilst coping with the struggle os anxiety.
I am hoping this will help to refocus my mind and make more time for the fun things in life! Watch this space for some more interesting content (hopefully!!)
