2018 is upon us and everyone is starting with their resolutions. My resolution is the keep on getting better, staying stronger and putting my health first. This served me well in 2017 so I am going to carry it on!
I am enjoying getting out and about in the fresh air and plan to continue with my walks and even a spot of running to keep up the recovery.
I do have some plans for the blog too so keep your eyes peeled for those! There are lots of places I have been and things I have done that I would like to share with you as well as keeping up with the general musings on day to day life.
Keep up the good work and don’t be afraid to say yes to adventures!
